Castagna v. Madison Square Garden, Pedowitz & Meister LLP represented security guards at Madison Sqauare Garden in a class action lawsuit seeking overtime pay pursuant to state and federal labor laws.  The case, which settled for $1.3 million, is awaiting final approval by Judge Laura Taylor Swain of the Southern District of New York.
